You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

The Aspire Tigon pods have been designed for use with the Aspire Tigon AIO vape kit, only. Each pod will hold up to 2ml of your favourite e-liquid. Depending on which Tigon coil is installed - the pods with support either mouth to lung or direct to lung vaping.
Refilling each pod is a quick and cleaner task thanks to the one-way filling valve, designed to fit most standard e-liquid bottle nibs. The locking feature on each pod also means it sits securely in the Tigon device, ensuring a clear power connection and less chance of you losing your pod.
When it comes to pairing the 2ml Tigon pod with e-liquid it comes down to what style of vaping you want to experience. If you're looking for enhanced vapour production then the 0.4 Ohm and 0.7 Ohm Tigon coils work best, used with an e-liquid that's 60% VG or higher. If you're looking for discreet cloud production, then the 1.2 Ohm Tigon coils used with an e-liquid that's 50% PG or higher will suit you best.
