You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

The Uwell Nunchaku 2 Vape Tank was so popular with the Nunchaku Starter Kit that it’s now available on its own. The 510 connector thread means it will fit on pretty much any Vape Mod so you don’t need to buy a whole new kit to enjoy this fantastic tank. The Nunchaku is a Sub Ohm Vape Tank with a 2ml E Liquid capacity and adjustable airflow. The top-fill design and ‘plug and pull’ coils mean filling and maintaining the tank has never been easier. With a condensation holder built in, you’ll not only get much less spit-back or leaking than regular tanks. It makes cleaning the tank a much faster job too. The Nunchaku Tank uses either 0.25ohm or 0.4ohm Nunchaku Coils which use Clapton Wire for faster heating and increased cloud production. The tank also utilises Uwell’s Professional Flavour Optimizing Core System (or Pro-FOCS) which increases flavour quality as standard. As the Nunchaku Tank uses Sub Ohm coils, it’s only recommended to use High VG E Liquids like our 70/30 E Liquid Range. The low resistance means that thinner E Liquids like 50/50 or 80/20 may leak through the coil, leading to flooded coils or spillage. Unsure which kind of device is best for you? Please Note: When Installing a brand new replacement coil in the tank, it is very important to prime the coil by letting your juice (e-liquid) soak into the cotton. This can be done by simply filling the tank and waiting for 3 to 5 minutes before vape.
