You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

The Horizontech Sakerz tank is a big and bold tank that lives up to Horizontech’s reputation of full flavour high power tanks. The Sakerz is a 2ml tank to fit with the TPD regulations, however larger extension glasses will become available. It offers a top airflow system which, when paired with the low ohm mesh coils, offers an abundance of flavour bringing the best taste out of any e-liquids.
Bubble Glass
We strongly advise selecting the optional bubble glass for the Sakerz tank for optimum performance. Due to the design of the 2ml TPD version, filling time may take significantly longer.
Top Airflow Control
The most unique feature of the Horizontech Sakerz tank is the top airflow control, allowing a wide array of airflow control options from above the coil which not only helps prevent leaking but boost the flavour by 30% ensuring you get the best out of your favourite e-liquid

Please Note: When Installing a brand new replacement coil in the tank, it is very important to prime the coil by letting your juice (e-liquid) soak into the cotton. This can be done by simply filling the tank and waiting for 3 to 5 minutes before vape.
