You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

The Aspire Nautilus X Prime pods are refillable 2ml pods. There are two versions available of this pod available and both versions can be paired with the Aspire Nautilus Prime X pod kit only. The BP pods can be used with the Aspire BP coil range, while the Nautilus pods will fit all versions of the Nautilus coil, including the Nautilus X coils. Thanks to the wide range of compatible coils, the pods and the kit itself can be used for MTL (Mouth To Lung) and DTL (Direct To Lung) vaping.
Simple to refill, each pod can be filled with up to 2ml of your favourite eliquid and a side filling port makes topping up quicker and cleaner. When it comes to choosing an eliquid, we recommend a 50/50 or high PG eliquid if you're using MTL coils, such as most of the Nautilus series. The BP coils and pods, on the other hand, will produce a greater amount of vapour and work best with high VG eliquids that are 70% VG or higher.
